Below are some of the frequently asked questions by new and existing residents. Please contact us for more information, to schedule a showing, or if you have other questions about life at The Outlook Apartments in Graham, WA.

  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer all lease terms between 2-12 months.

  • What is the pet policy?

    The Outlook is Cat & Dog friendly.  We allow two pets per apartment.  Non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet.  The refundable deposit is $300 for one or two pets.  

    All dogs are subject to management approval prior to move in. As stated in the Pet Addendum, pets can be removed from the community at any time.

    We do not have a weight limit, but the following breeds are not allowed:

    • Pit Bulls 
    • Rottweiler 
    • Presa Canario 
    • German Shepherd 
    • Huskies 
    • Malamutes 
    • Dobermans 
    • Chow 
    • St. Bernard’s 
    • Great Danes 
    • Akitas 
    • Terriers (Staffordshire) 
    • American Bull Dog 
    • Karellian Bear Dog 
    • Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A fee of $50 per adult is required to begin processing the application.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the every month, late fees are assessed beginning on the 5th of the month.

  • What are the office hours?

    Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
    Sat: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
    Sun: Closed

  • Which electricity provider is the most affordable?
